To convert your video file for iPod:

1. Import source media file.

2. Set output format to one of the iPod profiles.

3. Click Edit... to configure advance option.

4. Press the Start button.

To transfer converted video to your iPod, attach your iPod to your computer and synch your iPod with the iTunes software.
